Returns

Requests for refund or exchange of a damaged or defective item must be requested by email within 14 days of delivery date. After 14 days from delivery date you must contact Moab House, Inc. to determine the best course of action.
Item must be in like-new condition. Moab House, Inc. reserves the right to reject any refund request if the item received appears worn. Rejected items will not be returned to the customer.
Customer will need to click the "Start Return" button below
Customer will be prompted to ship the item back to Moab House, Inc. at their cost, and email the tracking information emailed to promise@moabhoue.org.
Item should be shipped so that it can be tracked and/or insured; Moab House, Inc. is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.
Funds will be credited within 5 days of receipt of returned product pending qualification and subject to above criteria.
